The writing is really simple but rich in elements, each character has his or her own character, there is the friend with mixed feelings, the smarter friend, the slightly more frivolous one, the welcoming family and the one with secrets. In short, nothing is missing. Everything is explained to us as the story unfolds and we are never left high and dry.

Characters were well characterized, impossible not to picture them perfectly in the mind even from the first dialogues. Perfect descriptions, not too arduous and long, but effective and blatant. At last a different story, not trite and rehashed and with “fantastic” creatures never heard of! Finally some innovation!
